MR ANDREW MALLON
Managing Director
As a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers with over 20 years in the oil and gas industry, Andrew has the experience and technical knowledge to support owners and operators in developing and managing operating site integrity throughout the full lifecycle. Due to Andrew's previous experience working on operational facilities, he has a thorough understanding of the importance of integrating integrity management practices into everyday operations.
He currently leads an engineering team in a technical authority capacity for a number of worldwide oil and gas operators, covering both topside and subsea equipment. These activities include maintenance management and execution, commissioning scopes, preservation and installation upgrades.
His main business goal is to establish Codex Fortress Ghana Limited as the leading oil and gas technical service provider in Ghana utilizing local, talented engineers.
MR KWEKU SEKYIAMAH
Director
Kweku Sekyiamah is an accomplished project management and engineering professional with in-depth experience managing global engineering projects. Kweku has a successful track record of leading highly productive project/operations units to achieve production results within project constraints (safety, reliability, cost, schedule, & quality).
Most recently, Kweku worked for ExxonMobil Corporation in their Global Project Management group and was involved in projects in both the upstream and downstream divisions and across the company’s global production and refining asset portfolio.
Before his career in the energy sector, Kweku worked in the environmental engineering field specifically on municipal water supply and wastewater treatment solutions. His academic background is in Civil engineering at master level Kweku holds a graduate certificate in Project Management and an MBA from the MIT Sloan Fellows program in Global Leadership & Innovation. Kweku is a certified professional engineer (PE) and project management professional (PMP).
MR JOHN PALLOT
Director
John Pallot is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 30 years experience in every aspect of pipeline engineering and operations. John applies his wealth of knowledge to ensure the challenges of maintaining pipelines, both on- and offshore, are to industry best practices. Previous roles include engineering manager positions at Brown & Root and Bechtel, and Pipeline Manager at BHP Billiton.
John currently acts in a technical authority capacity for a number of oil & gas operators and interaction with regulatory and verification bodies is a key responsibility. He represents EOG Resources UK Limited at the Pipeline User Group (PLUG) meetings providing expertise across a number of areas including pipeline design and operation, pipeline pigging operations, and decommissioning activities. He also actively mentors junior engineering staff to assist reaching their full potential.
MADAME ESI NANA SEKYIAMAH

Esi Nana Sekyiamah is an international manager with years of Board & senior management experience in both domestic and international markets. She is a multi-cultural team leader with proven leadership expertise in business development and performance improvement, and an exceptional ability to communicate at all levels of management including leading government heads and Boards of Directors.
Ms. Sekyiamah’s is currently the Managing Director at iCEnergy Ghana, an industry chemicals and lubricants procurement. Her previous work includes work as a program manager with TechnoServe West Africa where she managed the implementation of programs to improve livelihoods in various agricultural value chains; and as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group where she provided C-Level executives with strategic support and advice to improve business performance. Ms. Sekyiamah holds a MBA from the Tuck School of Business in Dartmouth, and a B.Sc. in Administration from the School of Administration at the University of Ghana.
